The examination process of the University is computerized. This has helped in maintaining not only transparency and fairness but also in declaring results very fast. The degree certificates carry hologram.
The evaluation system follows single valuation at UG level and double valuation at P G level. There is provision for revaluation and retotalling at UG level. Students can get xerox copies of the answer scripts at UG level.
Examination and Evaluation� There shall be University examination at the end of each semester. Each course is evaluated for 150 marks. Out of 150 marks 50 marks are earmarked for internal assessment which, is decided by the Department Council. The evaluation to be followed for 50 marks shall be notified by the concerned teacher along with the schedule of lectures and practical in advance i.e at the beginning of the academic semester � Remaining 100 marks will be earmarked for external examination which will be held at the end of the semester (final examination) � The duration of each theory paper shall be three hours and it shall be 4 hours in case of blind students. � There shall be double valuation of semester for each semester for end examination for theory and practical papers. The average of marks awarded by the internal and external examiners shall be taken as the final marks for that particular course � In case of difference of 20% and above in the marks awarded by the two examiners, the answer paper shall be referred to the third external evaluator. The average of the nearest two scores shall be considered for the final award of the marks for the course. � Gracing shall be as per Common regulations/ Ordinances/Statutes of the University � Exam result will be based on 10 point scale adopted by the University � The Registrar (Evaluation) shall issue a performance card at the end of the semester indicating the courses completed and grades obtained. Cumulative performance also needs to be informed through performance card. Grade point of a course: � A measure of quality of work done is obtained by dividing the percentage of marks earned in that course by ten -point scale. The grade point is expressed on a 10 point scale upto second decimal place. � The result for each courses registered shall be declared as follows.
Award of classes: Following classes are awarded based on aggregate score (OGPA) at the end of the academic program

Removal of Difficulties This is as per the common regulations in force from time to time.
